06/11/2023 - Reminder and deadline extension - Join the EFRAG Financial Reporting TEG for the 2024 rotation

EFRAG is calling for candidates for its Financial Reporting Technical Expert Group (EFRAG FR TEG) and is looking for candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and geographical origins. EFRAG welcomes all applications. 

EFRAG FR TEG is providing technical advice to the EFRAG Financial Reporting Board related to IFRS pronouncement, endorsement advice to the European Commission and proactive research work. The EFRAG FR TEG undertakes its analyses based on its own professional judgment resulting from its own technical expertise whilst applying EFRAG’s due process. 

EFRAG in particular seeks candidates with general preparer, user and academic backgrounds. EFRAG welcomes candidates from all EEA countries. EFRAG strives for a proper professional background, geographical, gender and diversity balance in the composition of EFRAG FR TEG.

Applications, setting out the name and CV of the proposed candidate, should be sent to EFRAG by latest 20 November 2023.

Interviews will be held online in December 2023 (with January 2024 as a fall back).

EFRAG expects to be able to inform candidates about their appointment in February 2024. The starting date  for new EFRAG FR TEG members will be 1 April 2024.
