Valentina Rossi is currently Head of Group Financial Reporting Management and Tax of Mediobanca, a publicly listed bank in Italy.
She developed her 25 years career in the banking sector, starting from investment banking where she advised large corporate clients in different kind of industries on M&A and equity capital markets transactions.
She then contributed to the creation of the first credit risk management unit of Mediobanca, prior to joining the CFO Office in 2009 where she took over increasing groupwide coordination responsibilities related to financial reporting, accounting and risks matters, including the ones related to sustainability disclosure.
Since 2021 she is a member of the Non-Financial Risks Committee of Mediobanca.
She graduated with honours in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan.
