Sirkku is an experienced financial and sustainability reporting expert with over 20 years of experience from senior enforcement and consulting roles of both financial and sustainability reporting. She has specialised in sustainability reporting requirements at both EU and global level and the interoperability between them and has been a member of several ESMA working groups contributing to developments of both ESRS and IFRS sustainability and financial reporting standards and consistency.
Currently, Sirkku is working in Finland in a boutique reporting consultancy We4Sustainability with large entities helping them in their CSRD implementation and connectivity. Sirkku is a member of the Finnish Accounting Board in Finland and lecturer and author in sustainability reporting, IFRS Financial reporting and connectivity.
