​The Financial Institutions Joint Outreach Event on the EFRAG Exposure Drafts on Draft ESRS will be opened by Saskia Slomp, EFRAG CEO. Two introductory speeches will follow, one on the CSRD context by Jean-Christophe Nicaise Chateau, DG  FISMA, European Commission, and the other on the Draft ESRS EDs context, background and structure given by Chiara Del Prete, acting EFRAG SR TEG Chair.

Three panel discussions will take place on:

  • Panel discussion 1 – General and Cross-cutting standards (financial sector specific issues including data availability ESRS link with ESG risks and SFDR)
  • Panel discussion 2 - Environmental standards (focus on climate)
  • Panel discussion 3 – Social and governance standards (including risk management, anti-money laundering and other)
