Programme for EFRAG, BusinessEurope and EuropeanIssuers joint outreach event on EFRAG EDs on draft ESRS

​​This new joint outreach event on the EFRAG Exposure Drafts on Draft ESRS with special focus on preparers will be opened by Saskia Slomp, EFRAG CEO. Two introductory speeches will follow, one on the CSRD context by Tom Dodd, DG  FISMA, European Commission, and the other on the Draft ESRS EDs context, background and structure given by Patrick de Cambourg, EFRAG SRB member for France, EFRAG PTF-ESRS Chair.

Three panel discussions will take place on:

  • Panel discussion 1 – Draft General and Cross-cutting standards: introduction by Piotr Biernacki, EFRAG PTF-ESRS and EFRAG SR TEG member, moderated by Luc Vansteenkiste, EFRAG SRB member
  • Panel discussion 2 - Draft Environmental standards: introduction by Stefan Schnell, EFRAG PTF- ESRS and EFRAG SRB member, and Philippe Meunier, EFRAG PTF-ESRS member, moderated by Giulia Genuardi, EFRAG SR TEG member
  • Panel discussion 3 – Draft Social and governance standards: introduction by Kristian Koktvedgaard, EFRAG PTF- ESRS and EFRAG SRB member for Denmark, and Emmanuel Bloch, EFRAG PTF-ESRS member, moderated by Simon Braaksma, EFRAG SRB member for the Netherlands

During the panel discussions, participants at the event will be asked for their views through polling questions.
