Isabella Widmer has been working at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in the IFRS Competence Center since 2009.
Already since 2011, she has been working intensively on integrated reporting at EnBW and played a leading role in the project team during the introduction of integrated reporting. During the project, she was able to significantly contribute to the implementation of the linking of financial and non-financial topics in the management report.
In this role, Isabella was able to clearly gain an in-depth understanding that the connection between financial and sustainability information is highly appreciated within the organisation and externally.
Since 2023, she has been part of the project management team regarding the introduction of the CSRD/ESRS requirements at EnBW.
Furthermore, Isabella also participates in various working groups and advocates for integrated reporting and thus the linking of financial and non-financial information.
