Holger is a Partner within the IFRS technical department at PwC Germany with in-depth knowledge of financial instruments; since 2008 he is a member of PwC's global accounting network (Global Accounting Consulting Services). From 2015 to 2017 Holger was seconded to the IFRS Global Office in London. Before he joined PwC he worked at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz as a member of the research staff and earned a PhD.
Holger is a member of the financial instruments working group at the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW).
