Dona Dunea is a Policy Officer in the Corporate Finance and Reporting Unit at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Dona's work contributes to the convergence of supervision and enforcement in the European Economic Area, in relation to issuers' reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements. Dona joined ESMA in 2021, with prior analytical experience honed in capital markets enforcement and in investment management. She holds an MSc in Quantitative Finance and is a CFA charterholder.
