The EFRAG Academic Network is a network of academics who are conducting research relevant for financial reporting standard setting.
The purpose of the Network is to ensure that relevant research and evidence is considered in financial reporting standard setting. Further, the Network should stimulate such relevant research.
No physical meetings are arranged with members of the Network. Members of the Network exchange views and respond to requests on inputs on an informal basis via an online community platform.
Although the Network does not have any physical meetings, members of the network may be invited to present research to EFRAG working groups, EFRAG FR TEG, EFRAG CFSS and the EFRAG FRB.It is possible to apply for membership of the Network.
