EFRAG welcomes:
- Signe Lysgaard: appointed as EFRAG SR TEG member (Danish, social, NGO)
- Simone Scettri: appointed as EFRAG FRB member (OIC, Italy)
- Sebastien Godinot: appointed as EFRAG Administrative Board member (Civil Society Organisations, French, NGO)
- Robert Ophèle: appointed as EFRAG Administrative Board member (ANC, France)
EFRAG is pleased to announce that new members have joined its governance bodies:
- Signe Lysgaard: appointed as EFRAG SR TEG member with social expertise (Danish, NGO) by the EFRAG SRB on 22 September 2023.
- Simone Scettri: appointed as EFRAG FRB member on the OIC (Italy) seat by the EFRAG General Assembly on 3 October 2023.
- Sebastien Godinot: appointed as EFRAG Administrative Board member on the Civil Society Organisations seat (French NGO) by the EFRAG General Assembly on 3 October 2023.
- Robert Ophèle appointed as EFRAG Administrative Board member for ANC (France) by the EFRAG General Assembly on 3 October 2023.
EFRAG welcomes these appointments as the knowledge and experience of Signe Lysgaard, Simone Scettri, Sebastien Godinot and Robert Ophèle will contribute and bring added value from their fields of expertise to EFRAG's financial and sustainability reporting as well as governance activities.
EFFRAG thanks for their valuable contributions the members that stepped down: Joanne Houston (EFRAG SR TEG), Angelo Caso (EFRAG FRB), Marilyn Waite (EFRAG Administrative Board) and Michel Barbet-Massin (EFRAG Administrative Board).
