19/07/2022 - Appointment of two new EFRAG Sustainability Reporting TEG members with special focus on SME and social expertise

In its meeting on 12 July, the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (EFRAG SRB) appointed two new members with SME and social expertise to the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting TEG (SR TEG).

EFRAG welcomes Carlota de Paula Coelho and Sandra Atler to the SR TEG. The decision to add two seats to enhance the social and direct practical SME sustainability-reporting expertise in the EFRAG SR TEG was taken in the EFRAG SRB meeting of 13 April 2022. These two new positions result in EFRAG SR TEG consisting of 22 members, offering now a wide range of expertise and specialisations in the ESG domain.

These new seats are specifically relevant in this first term of EFRAG SR TEG in which most of the draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards need to be developed for the European Commission. The appointment is in principle for a term of two years.
