20/05/2022 - EFRAG, IDOP, RRIF & UNGC Croatia joint outreach event on EFRAG’s Exposure Drafts on draft ESRS
EFRAG, IDOP, RRIF & UNGC Croatia will launch the first joint outreach event on EFRAG's Exposure Drafts (EDs) on Draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards, on Wednesday, 25 May from 10:00 to 12:00 CEST in Zagreb, Croatia.
This event will be in Croatian except for the panel discussion that will be in English.

This event is the first edition of a series of outreach events that will be organised in several European countries, with the objective of engaging closely with stakeholders and receive feedback on EFRAG EDs on draft ESRS that were released for public consultation on 29 April.
Following the opening session by Vlado Brkanić, PhD, Director, RRIF, & Vali Marszalek, Executive Director, UN Global Compact Network Croatia, CEA, an introductory lecture will be given by Amalija Jurin, Ministry of Finance in Croatia. EY and Bureau Veritas will then present assurance of sustainability reports.
During this event, a panel discussion, in English, will take place between Piotr Biernacki, EFRAG SR TEG and PTF-ESRS member, and Sebastian Heintges, EFRAG PTF-ESRS support, on EDs ESRS 1 General principles and ESRS 2 General, strategy, governance and materiality assessment. The discussion will be moderated by Nikolina Markota Vukić, PhD, EFRAG PTF- ESRS part-time member of the EFRAG Secretariat.
