21/02/2022 - EFRAG reappointed to Accounting Standards Advisory Forum (ASAF)

​This membership renewal will allow EFRAG to continue contributing constructively with other members of the forum towards the achievement of the International Accounting Standards Board’s goal (IASB) of developing globally accepted high-quality accounting standards. 

ASAF is a group of nominated members from both National Standard-Setters (NSS) and regional bodies involved with accounting standard-setting and is established to support the IFRS Foundation in achieving its objectives. 

Jean-Paul Gauzes, EFRAG Board President said: “We welcome the continued cooperation with the IASB and involvement of EFRAG in ASAF. EFRAG TEG Chairwoman Chiara Del Prete brings not only the views of the EFRAG Financial Reporting Board and EFRAG FR TEG but represents as well the European Standard Setters that are not directly represented on ASAF.”
