An Lommers

An Lommers is Corporate Chief Accountant at ASML, responsible for all financial and sustainability reporting worldwide. She is the Chairman of the Internal Control Committee, a member of the Disclosure Committee and Global D&I Council at ASML. 

ASML is a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, providing chipmakers with hardware, software and services to mass produce the patterns of integrated circuits (microchips). ASML is a listed multinational company with offices across EMEA, the US and Asia.

An is a seasoned accountant, bringing more than 20 years of experience in technical accounting, auditing, internal control, financial and sustainability reporting, transactions services, merge and acquisitions, and financial and business control.

Prior to ASML, An worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Netherlands in the Audit & Assurance and Deals practice.

An has a bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Tax from the Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, Geel, Belgium and a ACCA qualification.

She is more than just a compliance person or number cruncher, she is a financial storyteller with a mission to protect all kinds of different stakeholders.
