Sergey Vinogradov

Sergey has over 17 years of professional experience in IFRS reporting, predominantly in the financial instruments, banking and insurance industry. He joined EFRAG in January 2024. 

Before joining EFRAG, Sergey worked in the IFRS accounting advisory unit of PwC Belgium (7 years), specialising in IFRS accounting for financial instruments and insurance products but equally dealing with a wide range IFRS-related issues. 

Sergey worked for Société Générale Russia for 7 years, dealing with accounting and reporting issues under IFRS. Prior to that, he was active in audit and accounting advisory under IFRS in the Financial Services sector in Deloitte and EY Russia.

Sergey is a Fellow member of ACCA. He is fluent in English, French, Russian and Dutch.
