Klaus Hufschlag

​Dr. Klaus Hufschlag is a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Post DHL Group, responsible for ‘ESG Reporting and Controlling’ and for the Group’s Financial Reporting System ‘CREST’.

Active in international contexts for two decades, he is a highly experienced senior practitioner in ESG reporting, with a strong finance and technical background. Being with Deutsche Post DHL Group since 2004, he has got a significant track record of project implementations in financial reporting and ESG domains, including the implementation of a group wide Carbon Accounting and the development of applications for IFRS 16 reporting or for management of the group’s internal control system.

Klaus Hufschlag holds a doctoral degree from ‘WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management’ and a Diploma in Business Administration from ‘University of Trier’. 

He is dedicated to meaningful, practical and auditable reporting and a European by heart.
