Marie Falk

Marie is a Technical Manager in the Sustainability Reporting Team. In her role, she supports the development of the social standards, with a focus on the sector-specific standards for Financial Institutions and the Textiles, Accessories, Footwear and Jewellery sector, including topical work on human rights due diligence, just transition and digitisation. Prior to joining EFRAG, she worked as an Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), providing advice to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development on political and regulatory processes relating to responsible business conduct in global supply chains at national, European and international level. She has a background in economics for development and innovation and international cultural and business studies.
