Marie Seiller

Marie Seiller is the Chief Accountant of the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the French Financial Market Authority). She is also Member of the Board of the French accounting standard-setter (the ANC) and the French Audit Supervisory Body (the H3C).

She represents the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) on the IFRS Advisory Council and the IFRS Interpretation Committee. She also represents AMF to the Corporate Reporting Standing Committee of ESMA.

Before that she spent around 10 years in E&Y, where she served a variety of commercial and industrial clients. She graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
